Recurring cleanings that schedule themselves, one agenda per property, invoices that reach QuickBooks with the right service address — and a crew that works in its own language without ever seeing what you charge.

WeCazza is management software for cleaning companies operating in the United States, with the full interface available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. It covers recurring scheduling, crew assignment, routes, estimates, invoicing and card payments, and syncs customers, invoices and payments with QuickBooks Online.
Four things set it apart from the usual options:
Steady revenue in a cleaning business comes from the standing client: every Tuesday, every other week, the first Monday of the month. You enter it once and the system keeps generating the next dates with the same crew and the same duration.
The part that usually breaks elsewhere is the client with several addresses. In WeCazza each property carries its own agenda — three houses on different days are three independent schedules, and changing one never touches the others.
Enter it once; the system generates the rest and flags conflicts
Most cleaning companies in the US run mixed crews. The office works in English, much of the crew speaks Spanish, and in a lot of markets some of the team speaks Portuguese. In most tools you pick one language for the whole company and everyone else copes.
In WeCazza language is a setting on each user. The same job shows in English on your screen and in Spanish on hers. The estimate and invoice the client receives go out in the client's language.
This is a different thing from machine-translating chat messages: here the product interface and the customer-facing documents are localized, not just the conversation.
Language per person, not per company
Every cleaning company asks for this and almost no software handles it properly: the person doing the work needs the address, the time and the checklist — not the fact that the house sold for $180.
In WeCazza this is not a permissions checkbox someone can uncheck by mistake. The technician role never receives monetary values: no price, subtotal, invoice total, payment amount or commission, including on jobs assigned to that person. Values are stripped on the server before the response is sent, so they never reach the phone.
A product rule, not a setting that gets flipped
Send the estimate from the app, the client approves it by link, it becomes a job on the calendar and then an invoice with a payment link. Cards run through Stripe Connect and settle to your account; WeCazza keeps a 3% application fee on processing.
If a bookkeeper already maintains your QuickBooks Online, the integration respects that: when the customer already exists in QuickBooks, WeCazza links to that record instead of overwriting it. Billing address, terms and tax settings stay exactly as your accountant configured them. The job-site address rides along on each invoice, which is what QuickBooks uses to apply the right county tax rate even when billing goes to a PO Box in another city.
Cards via Stripe, books in QuickBooks
Pro covers a team of up to 10 for $97/mo — not $97 per person. No setup fee, no annual lock-in.
