We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request the deletion of your WeCazza account and what happens to your data.

Click your name (bottom-left corner) to open Account Settings

Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom

Click "Delete My Account" and confirm the action

Your account and data will be scheduled for permanent deletion
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information — name, email, password, profile settings
- Business data — customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, schedules
- Team data — team member associations, roles, assignments
- Files & media — uploaded photos, documents, attachments
- Activity logs — usage history, audit trail, notifications
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data. Please export any information you need before requesting deletion.
Data Retention
After you request deletion:
- Your account is immediately deactivated and you will be logged out
- All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you) may be retained
- Data required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance) may be retained for the legally required period
Organization Owners
If you are the owner of an organization, deleting your account will also delete the entire organization and all associated data, including data for other team members. Please transfer ownership before deleting your account if you want the organization to continue.
