WeCazza Founding Member Agreement

Terms governing participation in the WeCazza Founding Members Program

This agreement ("Agreement") is between WeCazza Inc. ("WeCazza", "we", "us") and you ("Founding Member", "you"), governing your participation in the WeCazza Founding Members Program ("Program").

By completing your subscription or submitting an application that is approved, you agree to the following terms:

1. What You Receive

As a Founding Member, you receive:

• Premium-tier feature access — all features available in the WeCazza Premium plan, including but not limited to: route optimization, AI engine, advanced reports, campaigns, QuickBooks integration, webhooks/API, and all future Premium features.
• Starter-tier pricing — you pay the current Starter plan rate (currently $33.97/month) instead of the Premium rate (currently $297/month). This is not a fixed-price guarantee; your rate follows the Starter plan pricing as it may be adjusted over time.
• Lifetime duration — these benefits remain active for as long as WeCazza operates and your subscription remains in continuous, uninterrupted good standing.

2. What You Commit To

In exchange for Founding Member benefits, you agree to:

• Active usage — use WeCazza as your primary or a regular tool for managing your service business.
• Monthly feedback — participate in a brief monthly check-in (approximately 5 minutes) to share your experience, suggestions, and any issues encountered.
• Bug reporting — promptly report any bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior you encounter while using the platform.

3. Billing & No Trial Period

• Billing begins immediately upon completing the Stripe checkout. There is no free trial period for Founding Members.
• Your subscription is billed monthly at the Starter plan rate via Stripe.
• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times.

• WeCazza reserves the right to modify features, plan structures, and regular pricing at any time.
• Your subscription is billed at the current Starter plan rate. If Starter plan pricing is adjusted in the future, your rate will be updated accordingly. You will always pay the current Starter rate, never the Premium rate. There is no fixed-price guarantee.
• New features added to the Premium tier will automatically become available to you at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

The specific pricing terms of this Program are confidential. You agree to not publicly disclose the Founding Member pricing, discount amounts, or specific terms of this agreement. You may mention that you are a WeCazza Founding Member, but should not share the financial details of the arrangement.

7. Service & Availability

• WeCazza is provided "as-is" during this early stage. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee specific uptime SLAs or response times for Founding Members beyond what is offered to all users.
• As a Founding Member, you receive priority support access, but this does not constitute a service-level agreement.
• WeCazza reserves the right to discontinue the Program if the company ceases operations. In such case, no further obligations exist between the parties.

8. Program Modifications

WeCazza may modify the terms of this Program with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
